1. Introduction

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on tv999. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

tv999 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any point during your use of the platform. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tv999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tv999 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods are currently accepted.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200
• Deposits are credited to your tv999 balance instantly upon confirmation from your mobile banking provider.
• tv999 does not charge fees on standard deposit amounts. Your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made to tv999 can only be used for gaming on the platform. tv999 does not accept deposits for any other purpose.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours. tv999 Exclusive Diamond tier members receive instant withdrawal processing.
• tv999 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5.
• tv999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or mobile numbers not registered to the account holder.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tv999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP Exclusive rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately. Real-money funds can be withdrawn at any time subject to the standard withdrawal conditions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period as stated on the promotion. Unused bonuses expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• tv999 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or collusion with other players.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
• tv999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Players who participate in the tv999 Exclusive VIP programme are subject to additional terms specific to that programme, which are provided separately upon enrolment. VIP benefits including cashback, priority withdrawals, and dedicated account management are subject to continued compliance with these Terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

tv999 hosts games from licensed third-party providers including PG Soft and Playtech. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By playing any game on tv999, you agree to the rules of that game as set by the provider.

• All games on tv999 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are independently determined and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) figures are accurate for the versions of games hosted on tv999 and apply over a statistically significant number of rounds.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, tv999 will attempt to resolve the round based on available game state data. If resolution is not possible, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's balance.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tv999. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Multi-accounting: Opening or operating more than one tv999 account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer games.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.

• Exploiting errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your mobile banking provider for funds deposited to tv999. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery action.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to tv999 by anyone under the age of 18.

8. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Termination

You may close your tv999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered mobile wallet after identity verification, provided there are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or pending investigations.

tv999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in cases of:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player

• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months

In cases of account closure due to Terms violations, tv999 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited in full.
